Two things we will not do
We will not give medical advice, recommend a serving outside the label, or tell you whether Mind Honey is appropriate alongside a particular prescription. Those need somebody with your history in front of them.

We will not assess a change in your memory or thinking over email. Anything that has changed recently, changed quickly, or is still changing belongs in front of a doctor. That is not a deflection — it is the only answer capable of helping.
